That Others May Live Foundation provides immediate tragedy assistance, scholarships for the children, and other critical support of U.S. Air Force Rescue Heroes who are killed or severely wounded in operational or training missions. TOMLF also provides advocacy, providing critical support and resources to U.S. Air Force Rescue service members, veterans, and families affected by visible and invisible wounds
The Foundation is a Guidestar Exchange Platinum Level Participant and “Best in America” 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization established in 2002.
That Others May Live Foundation is not endorsed by the USAF and receives no federal funding.

Lt Col Todd Bolger, USAF, Ret. is a former Rescue Squadron Commander with over 20 years of expertise in AF Rescue. After retirement, Todd became the Director of International Business & Portfolio Manager for Leidos. Todd is now a Senior Management Consultant for Leidos' Global Security Group responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the NATO Special Operations Training and Education Program.

Ms. Kathleen Skelly is an Audit Associate for KPMG. Kathleen brings her philanthropic and volunteer experience and enthusiasm to the Board.

Col Dave "Rum" Morgan,USAF, Ret. is a former Helicopter Command Pilot with over 27 years experience in Acquisition and AF Rescue in both the HH-3E and HH-60G. Currently, Rum is the Director, Army and Air Force Business Development for Sikorsky Aircraft Company
MIKE AGIN
Director and Co-Founder
Mike is a former USAF Flight Test Engineer with experience on the F-15E, CV-22, C-17, T-1, AC-130U, C-20H, MH-60K, and HH-60G. Mike is the former owner of Pioneer Technologies Corporation and our Co-Founder. Mike held the position of Chairman of the Board for 14 years and has been the guiding force behind TOMLF since it's inception. Mike continues his support of the foundation as a current Director.

Lt Col Steve "Elroy" Colby, USAF Ret. is a former HH-60G Command Pilot with over 20 years experience in AF Rescue. Elroy is currently a contract FCF Pilot with GMRE Inc in Valdosta, GA

Col Michael "Mick" Harper, USAF, Ret. is a former Command Pilot with extensive experience in Air Force Rescue. Mick is a former USAF Weapons School Commander with over 22 years in the USAF. Mick is currently the Check Airman for Air Methods Corporation.

Lt Col Cedrick "Ced" Stark, USAF, Ret. is a former Command Pilot in the HH-60G Pave Hawk and former Deputy Group Commander for the 505th Test and Evaluation Group. Ced was also Squadron Commander for the 34th Weapons Squadron at Nellis AFB, NV. Ced is currently the Red Flag Rescue Contract Lead for D3 Air and Space Operations.

Wade Koch, USAF, Ret. is a former Helicopter Command Flight Engineer with over 20 years experience in AF Rescue. Wade retired from the USAF in 2005 as the HQ AETC Special Ops and Combat Rescue Aircrew Training Programs Manager. Wade is currently the Vice President of Training Services for Kratos Defense & Security Solutions responsible for the company's Global Training Services Business.

Ms. Heidi Meisterling is the Director, Airmen & Family Readiness Center at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. Prior to her current TOMLF BoD position, Heidi was an Ambassador for TOMLF and is currently our Board Secretary.

Mr. Ken Koch is a former USAF Special Agent in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Ken now leads KPMG's Forensic Practice in Washington D.C. Ken is also the Chair of KPMG's Veterans Business Resource Group.

Col Robert Ford, USAF, Ret is a former KC-135 and C-47 Command Pilot with over 160 combat missions in Vietnam and over 4,400 total flight hours. Bob was also a former Treasurer for TOMLF.

CMSgt Kenneth "KP" Price, USAF, Ret. is a former Helicopter Command Flight Engineer and Career Enlisted Aviator Functional Manager with over 20 years experience in AF Rescue. Ken is now the Human Resource Manager for the Office of the Arizona State Treasurer.

Col Julio "Zorro" Lopez, USAF, Ret. is a former Command Pilot with over 4000 flight hours in the MH-60G Pave Hawk and the C-130H2 Hercules aircraft. Zorro has over 32 years of military service and 10 combat deployments. Zorro is currently the Marshal, Starter, and Operations lead at The Club at Sonterra in San Antonio, TX.
