1800: Gala

Dinner includes choice of entree, salad, and sides. Salad includes Orchard Salad with Spring Mix and Romaine Lettuce tossed with Cranberries, Mandarin Oranges, Walnuts, Red Onions, and Bleu Cheese Crumbles. Ranch, Raspberry Vinaigrette, and Thousand Island Dressings served on the side. Sides are Green Beans Almandine, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes with Rosemary and also comes with Assorted Dessert Bars, Rolls and Butter. Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee included plus open CASH BAR.


Entree options are: 

  • Traditional Chicken Marsala
  • Seared Salmon Filet with Olive Oil and Roasted Garlic Tomato
  • VEGAN option. Since this is a buffet, the Vegan option comes in a boxed lunch
